Tutu's House Keiki Health Curriculum
Keiki Health Curriculum

The Tutu’s House Keiki Health Curriculum is designed to enrich the health education of our keiki community. The program was designed by Ali Ann Dirga as part of her undergraduate thesis which was published in the Journal of Youth Development.  Ali attended Willamette University where she received a B.A. in Exercise Science and continued on to get her Master of Arts in Teaching.  She is currently the Middle School Physical Education and Health teacher at Hawaii Preparatory Academy.

The Tutu’s House Keiki Health Curriculum consists of a series of lessons that are designed to align with the State of Hawaii Department of Education Content and Performance standards.

The Tutu’s House Keiki Health Curriculum are available for free download. The requirements for use of the material are that credit assigned to Friends of the Future.


K-2 ~ "All About Me" Series
Kid Fit

A physical activity lesson that introduces children to the five components of fitness and reinforces these concepts in the game "SuperHero Fitness".
