Borrow a book, watch a video, or sample an assistive technology
The Tutu’s House Library consists of a variety of books, videos, and assistive technology devices that have been donated by the community.
The subjects of the books and videos included in our library fall into our broad definition of health and wellness, the SPICES of life.
The SPICES of life are -
- Social & Family
- Physical
- Intellectual
- Culture & Creative
- Emotional and Economic
- Spiritual
The loan period for books and videos is two weeks.
Assistive Technology Resource Center of Hawaii (ATRC) shares a wide variety of assistive technology equipment that is loaned through the Tutu’s House ATRC Closet free of charge. Short term equipment loans are intended to help individuals try equipment before they buy. The Tutu’s House ATRC Closet also helps to fill a gap while personal equipment is on order or being repaired.
