Driving Directions to Tutu's House
From HONOKA`A and HILO via the Hamakua coast:
- Travel west and north on Mamalahoa Highway (HI-19)
- Turn right onto the unmarked road immediately past HPM in Waimea
From NORTH KOHALA:
- Travel south on Akoni Pule Highway (HI-270)
or Hawi Road/Kohala Mountain Road (HI-250)
- Turn left on Kawaihae Road (HI-19), heading east
- Turn left at Mamalahoa Highway (HI-19), the first traffic signal
- Continue through two more traffic signals,
past the North Hawai`i Community Hospital
past the Waimea Police Station
- Uilani Plaza (on the right) and before HPM (on the right)
From SOUTH KOHALA and KONA via the coastal road:
- Travel north on Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway (HI-19)
- Turn right on Kawaihae Road (HI-19), heading east
- Turn left at Mamalahoa Highway (HI-19), the first traffic signal
- Continue through two more traffic signals,
past the North Hawai`i Community Hospital
past the Waimea Police Station
- Turn left onto the unmarked road immediately past Uilani Plaza (on the right) and before HPM (on the right)
From WAIKOLOA and KONA via the upland road:
- Travel north on Mamalahoa Highway (HI-190)
- Continue on Mamalahoa Highway (HI-19), through the first traffic signal
- Continue through two more traffic signals,
past the North Hawai`i Community Hospital
past the Waimea Police Station
- Turn left onto the unmarked road immediately past Uilani Plaza (on the right) and before HPM (on the right)
